Mitch Behm devotes much of his time to Behm Consulting Services, the small business consulting firm he established in 2017. A passionate performance consultant, coach, and trainer, Mitch Behm delivers expert advice, counsel, and consulting solutions to professionals and enterprises seeking a unique perspective and solutions for attaining a higher level of performance.
When he isn’t busy consulting, however, Mitch Behm dedicates a good portion of his time and energy to coaching a youth baseball team; an experience that offers Behm an incredible and rewarding opportunity to mentor, connect with and make a positive impact on young people from throughout his local area.
Coaching a youth sports team provides Behm, as well as other youth coaches, the opportunity to:
· Serve as a role model to aspiring young athletes, and to share the value of teamwork.
· Work with young people in the development of skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
· Share a passion for the game, and for coming together as a team to accomplish positive goals.
